Ubiquity is a unique solution of remote assistance provided by Vendee Concept as part of a maintenance contract. This Remote Control is offered to each client in order to work on maintenance and programs from our headquarters. The intervention takes place under 48 hours.

The Ubiquity Access Pack is a system consisting of establishing a remote connection using internet equivalently to a direct connection. This is done by an Ethernet cable to the remote control jack of the equipment to diagnose the possible causes of a failure very quickly. Remote access is made on customer’s consent (with physical action on button switch).

Requirements:

– Ubiquity router, includes the rotary button and LED current connection
– Installation of Ubiquity Access Pack program on client’s machine

A remote grip contract is proposed to each client in order to work on the program from our headquarters. The intervention takes place under a 48 hour period.
